    Once the concept plan is approved, our design team will complete finalised working drawings which allows us to produce detailed costings.

    With the concept plan and costings agreed upon, a formal contract is then created and signed by both parties.

     

    This contract outlines the responsibilities, timelines, payment schedules, and other legalities to ensure both parties are protected and clear on the project's deliverables.

    Once the agreement is signed, building consent and applicable approvals are sought and construction planning can commence.

     

    This ensure that your dream complies with the New Zealand building code, and all relevant standards.

     

    Once consent is issued, detailed construction program is produced to ensure your build runs smoothly and to plan.

    This phase is managed by a qualified and experienced project manager who ensures that the work adheres to the plans, stays on schedule, and remains within budget.

     

    Updates are provided to you on a regular basis, with the ability to visit the site and see the build progress as it happens!
